My First Wreath

One day I got a craving to do some scrapbooking, but when I went down to all of my supplies I felt like I had no idea what to create. That was when I suddenly got this crazy idea to make a wreath even though I never had before. So, I got my snippers and some floral wire and went to the back yard. There I cut some twigs and holly and made what you see here. I had a blast and am looking forward to making something more elaborate in the near future. Anyone have the skills to share?

The Tree Decorating Gang!

This was a fun one. Notice my choke hold! So thankful that you guys were here to help set up the tree! Wish everyone else had been here too!

How Many Times a Charm???

After several Christmas pics, we finally got a decent one. Baurer was more cooperative last year! I guess he is going through a rebellious stage right now. Typical "teenager"! Thank you for the tree Mom and Rick! After finding out Baurer is allergic to Christmas trees, we now have to have an artificial one. Sorry Sean! It was just as fun though putting up all of the ornaments and lights with everyone. Happy Holidays!!!! Sorry about the lack of current postings, but I will be updating more very soon!

Sharing Water

For some reason Baurer liked to climb the bleachers like a person rather than hanging out on the grass with the other dogs. We think it was because the metal was cooler than the grass. I wonder what the other dogs thought of him since none of them were following him in the bleacher climbing action. We had to move his water up there since he wouldn't come down to the grass to get some. Once we did that, other dogs started to come over for a drink too. Baurer didn't mind sharing and was quite proud of his cool portable hot pepper water bowl.

Ladie's Man

Here were the ladies who were going after Baurer. He appeared to enjoy the kisses they were throwing his way!

Remembering Syd

There was a puppy at the park who reminded me of Sydney and Baurer and her appeared to get along quite well. It was interesting how much gentler Baurer was with the smaller dogs. I hope he is the same way when it comes to people!

Dog Park Time!

Yesterday we took Baurer to the dog park in Mt. Pleasant. He made some new friends, but since it was so hot out most of the dogs got tired pretty quickly. Most of the girls were after Baurer, but there was that one male dog who had a thing for him. It was fun just sitting back to watch the dogs socialize with one another.
