Sharing Water

For some reason Baurer liked to climb the bleachers like a person rather than hanging out on the grass with the other dogs. We think it was because the metal was cooler than the grass. I wonder what the other dogs thought of him since none of them were following him in the bleacher climbing action. We had to move his water up there since he wouldn't come down to the grass to get some. Once we did that, other dogs started to come over for a drink too. Baurer didn't mind sharing and was quite proud of his cool portable hot pepper water bowl.

Ladie's Man

Here were the ladies who were going after Baurer. He appeared to enjoy the kisses they were throwing his way!

Remembering Syd

There was a puppy at the park who reminded me of Sydney and Baurer and her appeared to get along quite well. It was interesting how much gentler Baurer was with the smaller dogs. I hope he is the same way when it comes to people!

Dog Park Time!

Yesterday we took Baurer to the dog park in Mt. Pleasant. He made some new friends, but since it was so hot out most of the dogs got tired pretty quickly. Most of the girls were after Baurer, but there was that one male dog who had a thing for him. It was fun just sitting back to watch the dogs socialize with one another.

Sooo......

From Baurer and us! We hope you enjoyed our place and we miss you all! Hope you can come visit soon! XOXO

Last but not least., our patio and small yard, which has a Mainely view may I say!

I love looking out here and seeing the thick woods! It makes me think of home. We haven't been able to really sit out here yet since the mosquitoes have been CRAZY! We are hoping they will get better once the cooler nights become more frequent.

The Master Bath and..... THE LAST BATH!!!! FINALLY :-P

Here is our bathroom off our room. I love how the toilet is in its own little room! Lots of privacy. There is a nice big tub/shower, which down here they call a garden tub. Unfortunately I still haven't found any vegetables or flowers to pick while taking my shower. So, here is our bathroom. I know... it is exciting!

Our Lair!

So, I HATE the walls in this room because I have nothing to hang right now. It looks pretty bare on the empty walls, but I love the walls which have one of Ann's favorite artist's work up! Oh, and I forgot about the paintings I made, which are above our bed. I made those back in my painting class during my junior year at UMF! Thank you Barbara Sullivan for this assignment! Take a looksie poo at them below!

Another Bathroom!!!!

Here is another bathroom conveniently located next to our office and the entertainment loft. No need to worry about going to the bathroom and missing a scene from a movie.... just leave the door open and stick your head out the door. JUST KIDDING, please close the door!

Office

Here is our office and my art space. I love my picture frame collage, which is still a work in progress! I ran out of frames! Baurer likes to look out these windows at the dogs walking by and also the kitty who sits outside across the street.

Entertainment Loft

We like to hang out here and watch movies on the "big screen' and play games too! Most nights we sip a smoothie or milkshake, or have an occasional ice cream. I still have a bunch of paintings I need to paint.... which also explains for the bare walls you have been seeing and will continue to see! Anyone know how to frame and mat your own art work???

Upstairs We Go!

On the way upstairs is where we placed our first original painting. We got the painting while we were at the Saco Sidewalk Arts Festival this past summer. The artist hadn't sold anything all day, so he marked all of his work down by 50%!!! This one made us think of the ocean, so we snagged it before someone else did! Another cool thing... he is a sustainable artist and chooses to paint his work on old doors from the dump! Cool!

I Almost Forgot!!!

Here is the guest suite, which is right to the left when you walk in. If you come visit, you will get to have your own room and bathroom! It is a SWEET SUITE if I say so myself! So, come visit why don't you!

Laundry Room

Oh this is the most lovely room in the house! Just kidding. But I really like the smell of out laundry softener, so I enjoy doing laundry in there!

Kitchen!

One of my favorite rooms in the house! We love to cook and have spent a lot of time in here. I really like the setup, but Sean does not enjoy having the laundry room off of the kitchen because the door to the laundry room often gets in the way of the dishwasher door. Oh well! It works!

Dining Room

Here a table cloth covers the antique table, which I still need to stain because the amazing man who refinished it ran out of time before the movers came! You can also see my favorite piece of furniture we acquired from our favorite antique store back in Biddeford; the hutch/sideboard to the side of the table. All of the chairs at the table were purchased for $30 ALTOGETHER!!!!! and I refinished and reupholstered them with a little help from my sisters and lovely father Rick!

Living Room

Here we have the most comfy couch I have ever sat on, which used to be Sean's mom's. We also have our old TV, which my dad gave to me after winning it from a work Christmas party many years ago. Boy oh boy have TV's come a long way!

Powder Room

This is just the start to the many bathrooms we have in our place. Nice and convenient for the many partiers we have come by! NOT!!

Welcome!

Here is what things look like when you walk into our place. It is a pretty open floor plan.
